InstructionsDifficulty: Easy
Things You’ll Need:
Windows Operating System
Step1 Close all your browsers and computer windows
Step2 In the Run command (or search/start area in your start menu- usually in Vista) type: cmd Or- you can just go to Command prompt found in your start menu under Accessories. - double click to open; type: cmd Or- go to C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe - double click to open
Step3 A black minimized window will open, which is ready to go
Step4 type right next to your computers 'name' where the flashing cursor is at: ipconfig /flushdns make sure there is a space between ipconfig and the forward slash /.
Step5 click 'Enter'
Step6 Once that is done you'll receive a success notice.
Step7 Close the black window either by typing: exit or just by closing the window like you usually do.
